Days 1 & 2: Camp Moremi, Botswana

Upon your arrival in Maun, and after clearing Botswana customs and immigration, you will be met by a representative and assisted onto your scheduled charter flight to Camp Moremi. Enjoy this awesome bird's eye view of the Okavango Delta, taking very special memories and moments of Africa with you that will stay with you forever.

Camp Moremi accommodates only 22 guests in East African-style safari tents, individually situated on raised teak platforms. Each tent is exquisitely furnished with an African teak wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director's chairs.

Colourful woven rugs, designer linen and matching interior blinds complete your African hideaway. His and hers towel robes as well as tea and coffee making facilities are also provided to make your Botswana safari as comfortable as possible.

Days 3 - 5: Camp Okavango, Botswana

After an early breakfast you will depart from Camp Okavango to Camp Moremi with a boat trip (3 hours) through the intricate channels of the remote wilderness of the Okavango Delta.

You will enjoy this totally different game viewing experience and stop on one of the islands for coffee and biscuits along the way - you will see the change in the landscape and stop for game viewing when you find animals on the banks of the river, keeping an eye out for Hippos and Crocodiles in the channels.

Camp Okavango is situated on the remote Nxaragha Island in the heart of the permanent Okavango Delta, assuring a year-round water wilderness experience. Camp Okavango's unashamed luxury blends with the Africa of old in the elegant thatch and lethaka main lodge buildings. The dining room leads onto an expansive open-air patio for evenings around the open boma.

Days 6 - 8: Savute Safari Lodge, Botswana

After breakfast and your morning activity (if time allows) you will depart on a charter flight from Camp Okavango to Savute Safari Lodge. Savute Safari Lodge accommodates just 24 people in contemporary furnished twin-bedded luxury suites constructed of wood, thatch and glass, making them ideal for the hot and dry conditions. Double volume suites with their spacious interior and large, glass sliding doors set the lodge apart from typical Botswana safari accommodation.

Large private viewing decks and en-suite facilities, with showers, 'his and hers' towel robes and tea and coffee making facilities combine to make Savute Safari Lodge an unforgettable experience.

Days 9 & 10: Chobe Savanna Lodge, Botswana

After your morning game drive and breakfast (if time allows), you will depart Savute Safari Lodge on a scheduled charter flight to Kasane Airport. Upon your arrival in Kasane, and after clearing Botswana customs and immigration, you will be met by a representative and assisted onto your scheduled boat transfer to Chobe Savanna Lodge.

Chobe Savanna Lodge is relaxed and informal, set in a classic African Savanna environment with sweeping vistas surrounding the lodge. The focal point of the lodge is a thatched open sided main building which commands a 270 degree view over the Chobe River and beyond to the Chobe National Park.

Located in the main building is the lounge, dining room and bar areas furnished with African inspired furniture in dark teak woods, perfectly in tune with the environment.

The lodge accommodates just 24 guests in stylish thatched chalets, all with private decks, a combined bedroom / lounge area and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are furnished in subtle earth tones and dark woods in a contemporary African theme, are air-conditioned and have complimentary mini bars.

Facilities include a swimming pool, a gazebo that is ideal for small group lunches and an open boma area (place of eating), on the banks of the Chobe River, where guests are treated to panoramic views and traditional dancing performed by local villagers.

Days 11 & 12: Chobe Game Lodge, Botswana

The only permanent game lodge situated within the Chobe National Park, Chobe Game Lodge is Botswana's premier venue for guests looking for a perfect base to explore the Chobe National Park. The lodge can accommodate up to 100 people in total luxury, offering a choice of land or water activities and the most complete game experience in the Chobe area.

Game drives are conducted in open sided 4x4 vehicles ensuring maximum visibility, while game viewing on the Chobe River is conducted by small, shallow draft and highly maneuverable boats piloted by expert boatmen on this Southern Africa safari. Our resident professional guides offer star gazing and guided walks within the game-fenced area.

Days 13 & 14: Ilala Lodge, Botswana

After breakfast, you be transferred via boat to the Kasane Jetty, where you will be met by a representative and transferred via road to Ilala Lodge in Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls. You will be transferred via Kazangula border post. The journey is approximately 70km from the Botswana border where you will have to complete immigration and customs procedures on both sides.

Ilala Lodge offers distinguished yet affordable accommodation in a gracious and secluded ambiance. The decor evokes a bygone era of adventure and the quest of discovery in Africa. The hotel is ideally situated and is the closest to the Victoria Falls as well as the town centre. The National Park borders the front of property and wild animals often graze on the hotel lawns with the spray of the falls in the background.

Ilala Lodge offers 32 rooms - 24 twins, 6 doubles and 2 suites. All rooms have en suite bathroom with seperate shower, air conditioning, overhead fan and satellite TV and are served early morning tea/coffee, fruit basket and homemade biscuits.

The rooms are spacious with railway sleeper teak furnishings and patio doors leading onto either open lawn or a balcony where you are afforded a view of the spray of the Falls.

A warm welcome awaits you at the world class a la carte Palm Restaurant. We offer superb cuisine while you relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the gracious surrounds. The Palm Restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner and offers a comprehensive wine list and cocktails. Day 15: Depart

After breakfast (depending on your departure details), you will depart Ilala Lodge on a scheduled road transfer to Vic Falls Airport, in time for your flight back to Johannesburg International Airport.

Please Note:

All charters have been booked on a seat on charter basis. Due to the nature of travel in light aircraft, mainly because of safety and space concerns, baggage is restricted to 12 kilograms (26 pounds), per person. This baggage must be soft sided so to allow for it to be packed properly.

If you do have extra bags or have suitcases heavier than the specified allowance, please advise your travel consultant as soon as the booking is made so that the needed arrangements can be made for the baggage to be transferred or stored at an additional cost.
